Generally, with complete account access, obtaining tokens is straightforward. However, there are instances where the founder of the Yandex.Metrica/Yandex.Direct account may not be able to create a token with all necessary rights. The following steps can help in such situations:
Issue with Yandex.Metrica Token
At times, an issue arises because the person who set up the Metrica counter doesn’t possess explicit rights to edit. These rights must be conferred via a different account that holds the necessary permissions. To address this issue, bestow editing rights on a different account (go to Metrica/Settings/Access), sign into our control panel with this account, and generate the token. Issue with Yandex.Direct Token
Token errors can manifest in two scenarios:
- For agencies granting access to a master account in Yandex.Direct, it’s crucial to indicate the client’s login for whom protection is intended.
- If you’re signed into the account where the ads are managed, resolve this by navigating to “Information” and then “Your representatives” in the Yandex.Direct left menu. Add a full-rights representative, log into our dashboard with that representative’s details, and include the Yandex.Direct token.
